ASATSUYU, located on the second floor of a building in Kitahorie, Osaka, has served meat dishes of a new dimension since its establishment in 2021, attracting an increasing number of guests from Japan and abroad. The impressive selection of ingredients, dramatic deliciousness, and modern Japanese-style space with sunken hearth attract people of all ages. Pursuing "food that evokes emotions," they examine various domestic meat, including Wagyu beef, pork, chicken, wild boar, deer, and bear. Each dish is unique, bringing out the individuality of each meat and offering a variety of tastes that are new to you or that will blow your mind. The "omakase course" is the only item on the menu, offering around 11 dishes using 10 different kinds of meat.
