Slightly sweet figs and fragrant Earl Grey are simmered in brandy, and natural salt & butter give it an elegant taste. Homemade maple nuts enhance the texture of nuts, the popping texture of figs, and the rich fragrance. 

Mourai Pork, which is soft and rich in gravy, is pickled for a long time with marinated rice malt, rosemary, thyme, and so on, and roasted moist and juicy inside. It goes perfectly with the accompanying roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, and special balsamic sauce.

It's Japanese-style cream risotto. Fatty salmon and rice cooked in soy sauce and ginger broth are seasoned with thick cream and rich, sweet Grana Padano. The salmon and salmon roe on top perfectly combine with the risotto.
