From guests' arrival until their departure, Ms. Koishi provides daily hospitality with care and consideration.
She was born in 2002 in Fukuoka Prefecture and now serves as the manager of Itsuboshi. She warmly welcomes first-time guests while offering returning guests a new kind of enjoyment each time. Her approach to service is always tailored to each individual. From greeting guests to serving dishes and seeing them off, she ensures every moment is delivered with a smile and a heartfelt sense of care.
