Hakata Motsunabe Yamanaka Main Branch

Features soup that lets diners feel the impactful garlic seasoning and deep flavors. Includes soy sauce flavoring that has roots in Fukuoka, or miso flavoring, the result of countless trials and error. Customers can enjoy both styles in the Comparison Set at the main branch. 

It uses offal that can only be taken in small quantities from each head of cattle. Though the cuts are quite large, they're cooked to be soft and easy enough to eat that the size is not that noticeable. Yuzu citrus pepper is added to ponzu vinegar to accent the flavor.

It was thoroughly marinated at low temperatures in Yamanaka's original seasoning. The smell of fresh Yuzu is also impressive. It's an excellent, all-purpose small dish you can enjoy between sake and nabe and with rice.
