Our belief is in seeking out the finest ingredients and creating the perfect recipe.

He was born in 1966, in Tokyo's Shinbashi district. His motive to start this career was "because I love to eat, and I want to eat delicious foods." After training in various restaurants in Tokyo, he opened Dining Bar Hiro in 2005. Most of all, he enjoys the customers' joy when he takes each day's delicious ingredients and prepares them in the way his guests desire. At this restaurant, we have taken many photographs of our specialities, expressing the sense of skill on each plate.

Born in September 1985 in Gifu Prefecture. He started out cooking as a part-time job, and how great he felt when his customers told him they loved his food led him down the path to becoming a chef. After two and a half years of experience working at Western-style restaurant and two and a half at an Italian restaurant, he came to work for us. He works hard every day to make this a lively and happening place to make as many people happy as he can.

After graduating from a vocational school, he trained at various hotels and restaurants before meeting Chef Hidaka of Acqua Pazza, who inspired him to switch to Italian cooking. Three years later, he is now left to himself in the kitchen.

He was born in Kyoto Prefecture in 1981. He has been interested in food as long as he can remember. He started cooking as a hobby, but when it came time to think about a life-long profession, he decided to become a chef. He began his training at a hotel, covering the whole gamut of Western cooking, but gradually found himself drawn to the deliciousness of French and Italian cuisine. Since 2012 he has been displaying his skill daily at "Uru".

Space, service, and cuisine. Mr. Nomura pays attention to everything and produces "special moments."

He was born in 1991 in Shizuoka. After graduating high school, he learned the basics of cooking at a kappo restaurant and later worked in a variety of businesses, including yakitori and robatayaki (coal grilling) restaurants. He joined DINING BAR SHARE after gaining experience in several different types of restaurant businesses. Involved in menu development and improvement of existing menus, he offers a variety of creative pasta and handmade sweets and delivers a gentle and happy time with deliciousness.

大仲 亮介Ryosuke Onaka

Miscellaneous goods, cars, food... A chef who loves American culture and insists on handmade.

Mr. Ryosuke Onaka was born in 1980 in Yokohama, Kanagawa. He gained experience working at American diners and Hawaiian cafes in Tokyo. In 2009, he opened ROLLER COAST near Nakagawa Station on Yokohama Municipal Subway. The popular restaurant expanded with a second location, MinatoMirai, in Marine & Walk in September 2019. Focused on capturing the charm of a classic American diner, he is dedicated to creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
