We are particular about the taste of the meat, and you can enjoy the meat that has been slowly aged over 2-8 weeks in our own aging box, especially among the Japanese black beef, which has been carefully selected for its meat quality. Charcoal-grilling, which takes 40 minutes from ordering to completion, is full of gravy. “Steak”, which has been sliced from “Tosa Akaushi” and “Kuroge Wagyu” that has been aged for 60 days, is a masterpiece.
