For customers who can't decide whether they want tempura (battered and fried foods) over rice or tempura with udon, the "Tempura and Miso Udon set" allows you to eat both together. Nagoya's famous red miso broth goes perfectly with the tempura over rice. You'll be surprised at how well the combination works. For shrimp dishes, our speciality, we use two different types of shrimp. The "Ten-Don Surprise" tempura over rice dish uses deep-sea shrimp, specially handled to ensure the maximum freshness, while our "Jumbo Ten-Don" uses the best Black Tiger Prawns. Many customers come to "Oebi Tempura Senmonten" specifically for our shrimp, and the chef aims to exceed expectations. His wish is to hear customers honestly praise the taste of his dishes, from deep in their hearts. By being picky about ingredients, using the best sesame oil, he does his best to surpass expectations. This restaurant is an oasis in an area filled with offices and resedential buildings.
