At dinnertime, we serve seasonal a-la-carte dishes using fresh ingredients of Hakata, such as sashimi, and simmered/ grilled/fried dishes, as well as sake and shochu (Japanese alcohols). We offer original menus such as [Sashimi] with the savory original taste of wild fish, [Shrimp Cream Croquet] to enjoy the whole shrimp with rich cream, and grilled seafood simply with salt or miso to bring out their original savory and fresh tastes.
