Mr. Komiyama was born in 1982 in Shizuoka Prefecture. At a local Russian restaurant, he learned the spirit of hospitality worthy of a top-tier hotel and developed a deep appreciation for ingredients. After moving to Tokyo, he was amazed by the culinary potential of beef and pork innards at a grilled offal restaurant. He trained at the Risho Main Branch in Nagoya to further refine his meat cooking skills. Now, he is showcasing his expertise at the Risho Bashamichi Branch.
