Udon no Gokushin Mare, located a 5-minute walk from Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station, offers a popular udon-making experience that attracts many international visitors. Participants can knead, cut, and eat the udon dough, guided by the owner, to experience the traditional method of making udon. The interior of the shop is open and cozy, and the energetic owner ensures a welcoming atmosphere for even first-time visitors. The udon, as well as all ingredients used, are additive- and MSG-free. Vegetables are grown pesticide-free in a house garden, offering the authentic taste of the produce. Seafood is sourced from trusted fishmongers, focusing on natural, additive-free freshness that emphasizes the flavors of the sea.
