From the chef
Bringing people together through food, as the name "Kaguwa" signifies a deep care for others.

Ms. Takagi was born in Ehime. She serves as the chef at Dogo Musubi Kaguwa. The restaurant's name, "Kaguwa," is derived from an ancient Japanese Yamato word. This word not only means "smelling good," but also conveys meanings such as "appealing to the heart," "charming," and "favorable." She aims to connect people through food in the land of Dogo and hopes to create a restaurant that people love. The name "Kaguwa" embodies this vision.
