Mr. Yatabe was born in 1992 in Yamaguchi Prefecture. After graduating from university, he first worked in a field unrelated to dining. During his time as a company employee, he developed a desire to work with his own abilities and sense of responsibility, and he decided to enter the dining industry. After training at a grilled chicken restaurant, he struck out on his own and now serves as both owner and chef at Izakaya Goraku 5luck. The name reflects his wish for the restaurant to be a source of entertainment for the area and comes from the five kinds of good fortune. This restaurant, a place to enjoy food, drinks, and conversation, is open to this day.
