Waramaru Shoten is located in the nature-rich southern part of Okinawa, This restaurant is a place guests will want to stop by during a drive. Recommended here is several varieties of Okinawa soba made with an additive-free broth prepared from bonito and kelp, combined with locally made pork and chicken bones, and paired with smooth, aged fresh noodles. Their signature dish is the Waramaru Soba, topped with Okinawa-raised pork belly, fluffy yushi tofu, and domestic cartilage. Another popular item is Jushi, Okinawan seasoned rice carefully simmered with local pork belly and vegetables in an additive-free dashi broth. It's also available for takeout. The relaxing interior has a warm, homelike feel, with counter seats, table seating, and tatami seating for about 30 guests. This restaurant accommodates everyone from solo guests to groups, and they can arrange private reservations.
