Mr. Inoue trained on site, worked well with others, and now works hard in front of a cooking pot.
Mr. Inoue was born in Fukuoka in 1977. He was inspired to become a chef as a child by watching chefs work when his family went out to eat. After spending 13 years honing his skills at a Japanese restaurant in Muromi, he worked for a decade in kitchens blending Japanese and Western styles. He also served as head chef at affiliated restaurants, gaining experience leading both staff and restaurant operations. In December 2025, he began serving as chef and restaurant head at Kamano Usagi when it first opened.
