From the chef

Ms. Takahashi wants to convey the wonders of Japanese sake to her guests.

Bar JAPAN_Takahashi

Ms. Takahashi is from Akita Prefecture. She worked in sales for a manufacturer and valued direct communication with customers. As she was working this job, she encountered a wide range of alcohol and became fascinated by their depth. She eventually earned certification as a sake and shochu sommelier. Due to her desire to share the appeal of Japanese drinks with more people, she opened her own restaurant. Currently, at Bar JAPAN, she offers carefully selected drinks and a pleasant atmosphere.
