From November to March, the main attraction is fresh fugu swimming in the live tanks. From April to October, guests can enjoy a variety of dishes made with fresh fish delivered directly from Toyama Bay. Enjoy the authentic taste of a fisherman's mother's cooking with their carefully prepared dried seafood, Salted Foods from Ikuji Toyama, which highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients, as well as local sake from Toyama Prefecture.
