    Wakasa beef is a premium brand of beef from Fukui Prefecture. It is characterized by its fine marbling, tender texture, and the sweet flavor of its melting fat. At Sumibiyaki Kappo Shishi, we serve it in a "new style of yakiniku" that is carefully prepared using Japanese culinary techniques.
