The core of the deliciousness is created by combining fresh eggs from a poultry farm in Tottori, Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido, dried bonito flakes from Kochi Prefecture, flying fish stock from Tottori Prefecture, and dashi stock made in-house. This results in a deep and complex flavor.
