Born in Gifu Prefecture, he loves oysters and wishes to share their deliciousness with as many people as possible. Currently, with his deep love for oysters as his foundation, he creates dishes that can be simply enjoyed, while carefully considering each ingredient. His simple yet meticulous work reflects his sincere attitude towards oysters.
