Born in Kyoto Prefecture in 1994. After studying food processing techniques, he worked in the food industry. Having always loved delicious food and cooking, he joined the company that operates "Ukiyo-banare no Tai Dorobo" (a restaurant specializing in sea bream thieves). He honed his skills at affiliated restaurants and became a chef at "Ukiyo-banare no Tai Dorobo" in November 2025. He strives every day to bring smiles to many faces with his exquisite dishes made with fresh ingredients from Awaji Island.
