Authentic Italian cuisine, exploring a dish that embodies the culmination of diverse experiences.
Born in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1973, he honed his skills for eight years at an Italian restaurant, and then further refined his craft at a kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese) restaurant and a yakiniku (Japanese barbecue) restaurant before opening his own establishment. Driven by the desire to "deliver dishes that I truly believe are delicious," he continues to pursue handmade flavors without compromise, from the preparation stage onwards. He also carefully selects only the wines that he has personally tasted and approved to pair with his dishes. He strives to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere where conversation flows naturally along with delicious food.
