Born in Ehime Prefecture in 1981, he worked in the construction industry for about 30 years before opening his long-awaited restaurant in 2026. Combining his long-held passion for the food and beverage industry with the perspective he cultivated through years of bar-hopping, he created a unique space unlike any other existing establishment. Fueled by the warm support of those around him and skills honed through self-study, he has developed completely original cocktails, and his original creations have been well-received by customers. He continues to take on new challenges in his restaurant, which is filled with his passion and dedication to bringing his dreams to life.
