This is one dish that will revitalize your body and leave you smiling spontaneously. With fresh, in-season vegetables delivered directly to us from Takahashi's farm (Yasaemon) in Yachiyo City and meat sourced from France and Italy, we are extremely particular about our ingredients. Whilst placing a lot of emphasis on the taste of Japanese ingredients, we carefully combine them with meat from Europe. The sauce, which we fastidiously prepare, brings out the flavour of the ingredients. We recommend enjoying the dish with wine. You can enjoy delicious Italian food without having to travel into the busier parts of the city. We aim for an atmosphere similar to being a guest at someone's dinner table.
