For our chef's course, the chef inquires about patrons' interests and uses a selection of seasonal ingredients and top quality beef from Hida, as well as fresh-caught seafood from the Sea of Japan to orchestrate a culinary presentation that is delicious, satisfying, and healthy! Seeking to make patrons' dining experience a relaxing and quiet affair, we have adopted a full booking system, so all seats must be reserved in advance. Our private Japanese-style room looks out onto a stone garden and is perfect for entertaining clients. In addition to premier Hida beef, we offer a range of menu items made from local ingredients the owner personally selects, which is sure to bedazzle and delight everyone at your table.
