Sanin Sakaba Kamiari features cooking on a charcoal grill. The savory flavor of the meat is sealed in by cooking only the outside, so the meat is served mostly rare to allow full enjoyment of the taste. They recommend eating it with ponzu vinegar and grated daikon radish or with red yuzu pepper, and it can be enjoyed cold as well as hot. The free-range Miyazaki Jitokko chicken is exceptionally tender and juicy, with a wonderful savory flavor. They take pride in their delicious food and work hard to maintain consistently high quality and great taste to ensure that customers enjoy it to the fullest.
