The unique twist we put on our "daily special tomato pasta" makes it even more delicious
We use fresh, seasonal tomatoes at their prime in our pasta for the best possible flavor. To bring out their sweet, rich, delicious taste and to add a read more savory element we take special care to season them just right. We stock hand-made tomato sauce, cream sauce, demi-glace sauce, and dressings that take all of our chef's culinary training and expertise. Our chef studies how to complement each ingredient, and just what will make each sauce taste best. Our restaurant is located underground, so we know that our customers have plucked up some courage to make it as far as our doorstep.
