A plate of five kinds of chicken skewers: gizzard, tsukune (meatloaf), liver, chicken with scallions, and wings. We grill them just right so you can a read moreppreciate both the aroma and flavor as you put them in your mouth. Savor the taste of fresh ingredients. You will be fully satisfied with the flavor and consistency of our Daisen chicken, which were raised in a clear, open-air environment with fresh water, so there is no chewy fat. You can savor the juicy flavor as we let it simmer thoroughly while we grill it. Our shop is divided into two floors. Our food is brought out through the counters, making customers think, "Ooh. I want to eat that." I think putting my heart into every dish is the best service I can offer my customers. In the entrance to our shop is a fish tank.
