Bar near the Gakugei University Station. “Fujieda Aging Wagyu” is my favorite. I was surprised to hear that the red meat was fried and the taste was trapped, and then the excess oil was dropped with charcoal. As you can feel the taste well enough to bite, it is a product with high satisfaction. Tapas such as three kinds of servings that can be selected by feeling are also excellent. I'm always inspired by the style of “customized service” I'm aiming for.
