Hors d'oeuvres, our foie gras creations vary day to day at our restaurant infused with a relaxing ambiance
For the hors d'oeuvres accompanying dinner, we always use the high class ingredient, foie gras. We want people to enjoy a dish with real French spirit. Deciding how best to combine it with the seasonal vegetables is our fun task for the day. We serve food at a good price, but despite this, we never compromise on the quality of our ingredients. We serve Challans duck, brought in by air from France, and special citrus fruits from Kumamoto. We don't worry about whether ingredients are domestic or imported as long as they are excellent. Customers can see into our open kitchen. Being able to enjoy the activity, which is like a live performance, is another one of the restaurant's charms. It isn't just about eating delicious food, but about stimulating all five senses, including sound and smell. Through all of this we hope to provide customers with an enjoyable meal. Between the counter seats and the kitchen, there is a service walk-way, so things are just about the right distance from the kitchen. Our restaurant is designed so that customers can enjoy a relaxing meal at the counter too.
