Delicious grilled seafood in an airy, bright setting overlooking the sea

Their "Charcoal-Grilled Kichiji with Boiled Tofu Skin, Sea Urchin, Snack Peas, and Udo" features crisp slices of aromatic charcoal-grilled "kichiji" (broadbanded thornyhead).
