Our dishes are different from ordinary read moreFrench restaurants thanks to the original sense of the chef, Mr. Noboru Arai. For example, a dish of Japanese beef sirloin from Tochigi was created being inspired by sukiyaki (thin slices of beef cooked with vegetables in a table-pot), and the soup of tilefish, with the surface grilled in a pinecone pattern, was created being inspired by Japanese soup. You might misunderstand that his dishes are categorized into [creative cuisine], but they are created with his reliable techniques for traditional French cuisine, which is the biggest reason why our restaurant won the stars.
