[Fresh Spear Squid] Enjoy the exquisite sweetness and crunchy texture.

We prepare a live squid fresh from a fish tank into fresh sashimi. You can see how fresh by its nice and crunchy texture and sweetness which is characteristic to squid. This dish is available only from January to May.

[IKASEI Fluffy Deep Fries] Enjoy the aroma and sweetness of squid.

After mixing minced squids with shrimps, scallops, and vegetables, we deep fry them without batter. You can enjoy the aroma and sweetness of squid with a fluffy texture. Taste them with Tentsuyu, a tempura dipping sauce.

[Purple Asparagus] Asparagus from Hokuto City available from the middle of April to August

We stock purple asparagus from Hokuto City where agriculture is prosperous. You can choose how they are cooked among boiling, tempura, or sauteing with butter. Our recommendation is simply grilled. Taste them with rock salt to bring out the sweetness.

"Live squid" has a moderate sweetness and a crunchy texture that is delicious.
