[Grilled Rockfish with Lemon Butter Sauce] Served with vegetables boiled in a soup stock of cured ham

Grilled plump rockfish is served with a lemon butter sauce with the sour taste of lemon and rich taste of butter. Also served with are tasty cabbage and Chinese cabbage, boiled in a soup stock of cured ham and bouillon and wrapped with the fresh ham.

[Fresh Asparagus Just Harvested from Kitchen Garden] We harvest asparagus from our kitchen garden next door at every order

This is a simple but exquisite dish with fresh asparaguses just harvested from our kitchen garden after having been ordered and boiled. Please taste them with our home-made mayonnaise and enjoy the fresh sweetness and crispy texture in your mouth.

"Pintxo Assortment" where you can enjoy bite-sized dishes one by one

On this day, dishes such as Baron Kurobuta pork rillettes, shrimp croquettes from Funka Bay, and king shiitake mushroom ajillo were served. Each dish was carefully prepared. One of the chef's specialties was to serve half of the dishes as hot dishes along with the cold dishes.
