Mr. Okamoto, with extensive experience, captivates customers through his thoughtful selection of ingredients and skillful griddle handling.

He was born in July 1962. He is from Aichi Prefecture. The entry into the food and beverage industry began with a part-time job he started in high school. After graduating from university, he joined "Steak no Asakuma," choosing a career in the culinary world. Since then, he has broadened his skills by gaining experience in cooking, product development, and the development of new cooking systems. As a culmination of his efforts, he opened Sosaku cafedining Teppanya. He uses a variety of local ingredients, including Hako Pork produced in Mishima and vegetables sourced directly from the farm. Every day, he works diligently under the motto, "Steaks reflect the heart of the person who grills them, and product development should be high-class yet affordable."
