Sukiyaki - Savor the blissful taste of A5 Japanese black beef with the restaurant's special sauce.
Only the highest grade A5 Wagyu beef is used. The staff cooks it in front of you, first grilling only the meat and then dipping it in a raw egg, served in the style of Japanese cuisine. After that, vegetables and other ingredients are simmered in a house-made broth to give the dish a rich flavor.
