Ippin Oryori Ootaki

Ippin Oryori Ootaki has been loved since its establishment in 2013 in Shikoku's Matsuyama, a town of great hot springs and literature where Dogo Onsen, one of the three oldest hot springs in Japan, is located. The owner, Mr. Ootaki, trained in Kyoto, carefully selects local and other seasonal ingredients to serve Japanese cuisine where the flavors of the ingredients shine through. The menu consists of courses and a la carte dishes. It is flexible enough to be enjoyed according to the occasion and budget. A la carte dishes, prepared with the day's ingredients, are as many as 50 different kinds, offering great taste and fun in choosing. Reservations are required for courses, and the "Kaiseki Course" and "Seasonal Hot Pot Course" are popular. Local sake from various regions is also prepared to match the seasonal Japanese cuisine.
