Zuwai Sahimi - Savor the natural sweetness and flavor of crab.

Zuwai Sashimi (raw snow crab), purchased with the utmost attention to freshness, is very popular. It is recommended not to add anything to the crab at first so that you can feel the sweetness of the crab as it is. Also goes well with wasabi soy sauce.
