We carefully select fresh sillaginoid fish and use the whole fish. Bones are thoroughly removed with the reliable skill of our chef. Enjoy the good aroma of just-fried crispy batter with the unique savory taste of sillaginoid spreading in your mouth.

[Asparagus] Large soft ones with a fresh sweet taste are carefully selected.

We carefully wrap large-sized asparagus with sliced pork belly, and apply a thin layer of batter. Enjoy this healthy and satisfying deep-fried skewer with mayonnaise and a dipping sauce. This dish, with a sweet taste and fresh crunchy texture is popular especially among female guests.

[Shiba Shrimp Wrapped with Perilla] Enjoy the fresh and resilient texture of two domestic Shiba shrimps, wrapped with a perilla leaf with a refreshing aroma.

We skewer two domestic Shiba shrimps, carefully wrap them with a perilla leaf, then apply batter. Fully enjoy this aromatic skewer with a refreshing flavor and resilient texture. Recommended to enjoy simply with salt to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients.

From the 100 seasonal kushikatsu selections, the chef fries about 30 kinds one after another in an order-stop style.

They deep-fry meat, seafood, and vegetables in a good balance. Please ask the chef at Yokitoroko. The bill will be determined by the number of skewers you order. (For example, a set of 15 kinds of kushikatsu and a selection of skewers will cost approximately 4,800 yen (including tax))

Fresh ingredients are used, the whole fish is used. "Kiss" is delicious with its crispy batter and fluffy white meat.

This dish uses a whole freshly selected sillago. The bones have been carefully removed, allowing you to feel the skill of the chef. The crispy batter gives off a fragrant aroma, and the sillago's unique flavor and umami spreads softly in your mouth.
