Sushi Course with Blackthroat Seaperch Shabu-shabu - Enjoyable in two different flavors.
This shabu-shabu is a harmony of plenty of vegetables and the flavor of blackthroat seaperch. Two seasonings, ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) and shiosudachi (salt and sudachi citrus) enhance the flavor of the ingredients. Lunch is available as a course for 7,000 yen, while dinner is a course for 14,800 yen. It is designed to make the most of the abundance of the season.

Jibunni has been handed down from the first Shihogama. Jibunni is usually made with potato starch to thicken it, but the original Jibunni is made with wheat flour. Please try the authentic Jibunni for lunch or dinner.
