This restaurant is located on the top floor of Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo. Their Japanese cuisine brings out most of the original tastes of the ingredien read morets. In addition, their seasonal ingredients are not only from "Shun (the peak of the season)," but also "Hashiri (the beginning of the season)" and "Nagori (the end of the season)." The main ingredient of the charcoal-grilled French cuisine is Japanese black beef which is grilled in the restaurant's original oven with premium-grade binchotan charcoals.
