Kyougushi Rokuhara

Rokuhara's basic style is to say "stop" when your stomach is full and ask for the bill based on the number and items of skewers. The skewers are made of carefully selected ingredients, coated with a secret batter, and deep-fried to a delicate taste that allows you to experience the chefs' skills.

Shrimp freshly purchased that day are cooked. The shell is carefully peeled off while the legs are left on, so the area around the legs is especially crispy. In addition, you can enjoy rich ebimiso (shrimp brains) and fluffy meat. The taste is spread over and over again.

The restaurant selects large asparagus, changing the region of production seasonally. Slices of pork belly are wrapped around the surface to add more juiciness. It is recommended to eat it freshly fried with special mayonnaise.

Prawns are stocked on that day. Their shells are carefully peeled, but their feet are spared so that you can enjoy the crispy texture. Enjoy rich miso paste and fluffy meat as well.

Carefully-selected large-sized asparagus are stocked from different production sites along with the seasons. They are wrapped with sliced pork belly to add a more juicy flavor. Recommended to taste this just-fried asparagus with a special mayonnaise. 

Select your favorite menus from various courses or set menus. If you feel like ordering some more, extra orders from one skewer are accepted. For dinner, two courses and a [recommended course] are available. For lunch, set meals and set menus are available to enjoy their wide variety of popular skewers.
