[Grilled Saga Beef] Enjoy its tender and juicy texture, with its savory taste spreading in your mouth.

After tasting various beef brands, the owner selected Saga Beef directly from Nakayama Farm in Saga prefecture. Its red meat has well-balanced tenderness and firmness. Inner thigh is mainly used, but Shinshin (between inner and outer thigh) and rump are also sometimes used.
