You can thoroughly enjoy kaiseki cuisine at this traditional Japanese restaurant that uses ingredients sourced from the Omi region. Starting with [Kaiseki Cuisine], recommendations also include the [Beef Shabu-Shabu] (sliced meat parboiled with vegetables) and the limited-time [Fugu (blowfish) Cuisine]. Their seasonal cuisine is raised to new heights of perfection with the careful selection of the tableware and decor, which pair well with the season and ingredients used in the dishes.
