Mr. Makino organizes the store as the head manager after transitioning from a different industry.
He was born in 1978 in Tokyo. Originally, he worked in the motorcycle industry, but when emission regulations came into effect, he decided to pursue a different path. He entered the Tsuji College of Culinary Arts in Osaka to pursue a career in the food and beverage industry, which he had always been interested in, after which he jumped into the world of culinary arts at the age of 26. After working at [Ristorante La Bisboccia] in Hiroo and [Bancasa] in Ebisu, he started working at [Pizzeria Gtalia da Filippo] in 2015. His job now is to manage the store.

- One house restaurant Ristorante [Mondo] standing quietly in a residential area of Jiyugaoka. Chef Miyagi's course dishes, which change every time they visit, and wines selected by Sommelier Tamura will give you a blissful moment.

- A restaurant [Rikalica] where you can try your tongue on a variety of daily menus and natural wines. There are many natural wines that we do not handle in our shop, so it will be a great study. The restaurant's atmosphere, such as “bar”, is perfect for enjoying a delicious meal together.

- The shop has a solid counter and table seats, and the atmosphere is open to the store. Among the seafood-based Japanese foods, the most recommended one is “Ikuragohan” (winter only). The amount of water that can be covered enough to hide the rice shines brilliantly. Price is reasonable. I sometimes go out drinking with the chef. It is a recommended house.
