Motsunabe - Made with Yamagata beef's plump and elastic high-quality Motsu and a special broth

Four types of soups are available: salt, white miso, spicy miso, and soy sauce. The house-made beef bone broth, the base of all soups, is carefully boiled and simmered for over 8 hours. The addition of the freshest motsu makes it exceptionally tasty.

Motsunabe

"Motsunabe" is made with high-quality "motsu" (offal) from Yamagata beef, with an irresistible bounciness, and a specially made soup.

There are four types of soup: salt, white miso, spicy miso, and soy sauce. The homemade beef bone stock that is the base of all the soups is carefully skimmed of scum and simmered for over eight hours. Fresh "motsu" (offal) is added to it, making it exceptionally delicious.
