You can casually enjoy beef and horumon on skewers. The hoso (small Intestine) is a popular horumon, especially because it is tender and easy to eat. The more you chew, the more delicious the quality of the fat tastes. Available in sauce and salt flavors, the house-made sauce is recommended for first-timers.

Many guests have loved the house-made dumplings since the founding. Plenty of vegetables and minced pork marinated in a special sauce are wrapped and grilled one by one. Another secret to its popularity is that it is garlic-free and comfortable to eat.

"Motsunabe" is made with high-quality "motsu" (offal) from Yamagata beef, with an irresistible bounciness, and a specially made soup.

There are four types of soup: salt, white miso, spicy miso, and soy sauce. The homemade beef bone stock that is the base of all the soups is carefully skimmed of scum and simmered for over eight hours. Fresh "motsu" (offal) is added to it, making it exceptionally delicious.
