Hamakko Yokomachi is located within walking distance of Fuji-Q Highland. The wooden louver at the front of the building, inspired by the image of a "n read moreoren" (a traditional Japanese blind curtain), is a restaurant landmark. The restaurant's interior is filled with prefectural wood and traditional Kaiki silk, creating an elegant and high-quality Japanese atmosphere. The ingredients used are Koshu beef (Japanese black beef) and other prefectural brand meats and vegetables. The menu mainly features Western-style cuisine, but authentic Japanese courses, sukiyaki, and shabu-shabu can be served upon reservation. It is recommended to savor these dishes with sake or Japanese whiskey.
