NOBUNAGA course

This course meal uses plenty of ingredients from the Kaga Hyakumangoku domain. Starting with the specialty "Kiwami Tongue" and "Yakiniku Rice", you can enjoy the charms of the restaurant to the fullest, such as a comparison of three types of rice and special yakiniku cooked by staff to bring you the best moment. The "Yakiniku Rice" is supervised by a professional for the meat. It can be enjoyed as many times as you like within the course in the style of "Ohitsu rice". You can also order "Noto Beef" from Ishikawa Prefecture as an add-on to your course.
