Fontana Caprese - A signature dish where happiness overflows with every spoonful

Kyushu-grown tomatoes are used in various forms: marinated, semi-dried, pickled, and pureed. Accompanied by white wine jelly from Tanushimaru's KYOHO WINERY, light mozzarella cheese mousse, and seasonal fruits/citrus, each spoonful creates a harmonious blend of happiness.

Seasonal appetizers are made with seasonal ingredients purchased on the day. The photo shows a delicacy featuring shima-nip, and yuzu. The individual characteristics of the ingredients delivered from producers in each region are carefully evaluated and offered in combination so that the strengths of each can be demonstrated.
