The Hanamidori chicken was born with meticulous attention to every detail.

The history of Hanamitori began in 1949, when Mr. Yoshiharu Kawatsu, who was in charge of wholesale at a chicken wholesale shop called Torizen located on Yoshizuka Shopping Street in eastern Hakata, opened a restaurant on the second floor of the shop. While selling chicken, he came across Mizutaki through his connections with various restaurants. Understanding that the key to Mizutaki's deliciousness lies in the quality of the chicken, he developed Hanamidori chicken by focusing on its unique breeding and feed. The nutritious soup is made with fresh chicken and mineral water using a unique recipe.
